NSEYA X-EXECUTE: The Execution Framework
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
1. The OS Principle
Welcome to NSEYA X-EXECUTE ("the Program"). These Terms govern your participation in a high-pressure entrepreneurial selection system. By applying, you acknowledge that this is not a training programme or a charity; it is a competitive capital allocation platform with legal consequences.
2. Eligibility: Phase 1
For Phase 1 (Pilot), all applicants must be based in Kinshasa, DRC. The project must be a digital business capable of operating within the Congolese market reality with a maximum seed requirement of USD 5,000.
3. Investment Exclusivity
Participants selected for the Live Phase agree to a two (2) year exclusivity period. During this time, you may not seek third-party capital for the project without written consent from Groupe Nseya, ensuring focused execution and alignment of interests.
4. Televised Accountability
You acknowledge that the selection process, Capital Defence, and Live Shows are recorded for broadcast. Participation requires full consent to media exposure. Confidentiality is maintained for specific financial data not explicitly defended on camera, but execution performance is public data.
5. AI and Jury Decisions
All scoring, ranking, and elimination decisions made by the AI Selection Agent, Mentors, and the Jury are final and binding. No individual justifications for elimination will be provided beyond the official statements generated by the platform.
6. Program Commitments & Equity
By submitting your application and clicking "I Agree," you enter into a legally binding agreement with Groupe Nseya regarding the following terms:
6.1 Investment Exclusivity
If your project is selected to participate in the "Live Show" portion of the program, you agree to a two (2) year exclusivity period starting from the date of selection. During this period, you are strictly prohibited from seeking, negotiating, or accepting capital investment from any third-party individuals or entities for the project submitted without prior written consent from Groupe Nseya.
6.2 Equity Agreement for Winners
If you are selected as a winner, you agree to grant Groupe Nseya a 40% equity stake in your company. This equity arrangement remains in place for a term of ten (10) years.
Buy-Back Option: Following the completion of the 10-year term, the founder shall have the right to buy back the 40% equity stake from Groupe Nseya under terms to be mutually agreed upon at that time.
6.3 Crowdfunding & Marketing Rights
By signing up for the program, the twenty (20) selected founders grant Groupe Nseya the irrevocable legal right to feature, list, and promote their projects on 3JN Growdfunding and associated media channels.
6.4 Investor Dilution & Royalties
In the event that third-party investors via 3JN Growdfunding or other channels request equity or royalty payments, 100% of such requests will be deducted from the founder's 60% stake. Groupe Nseya's 40% equity stake shall remain non-dilutable by such third-party investor arrangements.
Final Declaration
"I understand that NSEYA X-EXECUTE does not fund ideas. It funds executors. By proceeding, I commit to the 40/60 equity model and the sustained pressure of this selection engine."
