1. Data Capture Mandate

NSEYA X-EXECUTE ("the Program") collects data for the sole purpose of identifying, ranking, and preparing business executors in the DRC. We do not sell data to third-party advertisers. Your data is your execution signal.

2. Public vs. Private Data

By applying, you acknowledge that specific project parameters (Name, Sector, General Description, and Verification Video) will become public data if you advance to the Selection phase. Private financial details and internal AI scores remain strictly confidential within the Neural Oversight Hub.

3. AI Processing

Your dossier is processed by autonomous agents to remove human bias. This includes sentiment analysis of your execution notes and fraud-shield verification. All AI processing occurs within the Groupe Nseya Infrastructure OS (OS-1).

4. KYC and Identity

We verify identities through government-issued documents and mobile money records to ensure compliance with the 18–35 age mandate. Non-compliant identities are purged immediately.
